We specialise in creating the perfect string music to accompany your wedding day. Our personal approach and talented players deliver an elegant and sophisticated musical accompaniment, which your guests and yourself will remember for many years after the honeymoon.
Wedding Ceremony
Protestant and Civil services usually represent a one and a half hour booking, and present four musical performances:
- Pre-ceremony music – Beautiful background music while your guests arrive
- The bridal entry – Your chosen unique entrance piece
- Signing of register – Special pieces during the signing & photographs
- Bride & groom exit –Your memorable exit piece as you leave man and wife
Catholic services contain additional musical opportunities such as the Offertory and Communion. In our experience wedding interludes like the lighting of the candles or the presenting of gifts do not last long enough to include additional musical accompaniment.
Drinks Reception
A drinks reception is a great opportunity for your guests to meet each other & mingle. For friends and members of each family this is often the first chance for everyone to meet. A relaxed atmosphere drinks & canopies, accompanied by The Birmingham String Ensemble is ideal. We offer you the option of selecting all or a few pieces, or we can simply perform some great wedding favourites.
Wedding Breakfast
We provide the perfect backdrop, creating a lovely atmosphere for your meal (Wedding Breakfast). Playing relaxing live music of your choice for your guests, we add that extra special touch. If you would like help in deciding on the music for your meal, we are more than happy to assist you in making recommendations.
Wedding Packages
Wedding packages have proven very popular as they reflect excellent value for money. The packages we offer are a combination of the separate parts of your wedding at a reduced price. The packages are:
- Bronze – Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony & Drinks Reception
- Silver – Drinks Reception, Wedding Breakfast
- Gold – Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Drinks Reception & Wedding Breakfast
